          1   stick margarine, softened
        1/2   cup shortening
      1 1/2   cups Sugar
          2   whole Eggs
      1 1/8   pints flour, Each batch 2 1/4 cup
          2   teaspoons cream of tartar
          1   teaspoon baking soda
        1/4   teaspoon salt
           
          2   teaspoons cinnamon, For Topping
          2   tablespoons Sugar

  Mix ingredients together---MAY NEED TO BE CHILLED!!!

  Roll into balls and dip in topping mixture

  Bake at 400 for 8-10 minutes---UNGREASED COOKIE SHEETS
