2 cups cubed cooked chicken
1 can cream of mushroom soup (I use cream of chicken)
¼ cup each chopped onion and green pepper
3 tablespoons chopped pimento
1 4 oz can sliced mushrooms
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
½ teaspoon salt
Sometimes I use ¼ cup celery
Put about ¼ cup on each half. Broil until bubbly and golden brown. About 10 minutes and 6 to 8 inches from heat.
