Chicken Lasagna

Cook enough chicken to yield 4 cups of diced chicken (or purchase)
Cook 12 lasagna noodles according to pkg. directions

Mix the following ingredients in a bowl

1 sm. can of cream of chicken soup
1 sm. can of cream of mushroom soup
½ cup chopped fresh onion or 2 T. dry minced onion
½ cup parmesan cheese
¼ cup mayo
½ tsp. garlic salt

Have ready 1 ½ to 2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese and 1 ½ to 2 cups of shredded Monterey Jack cheese. Spray a 9 x 13 baking pan. Layer lasagna noodles, chicken, sauce mixture, and cheese in pan repeating three times ending with cheese layer. Cover with foil, bake at 350 degrees for 30 min. uncover and bake 5 min. more. After removing from oven, let lasagna rest for about 10 min. before serving.
