Rice Krispy Marshmallows

1 pkg caramels
1 stick butter or margarine
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 pkg large marshmallows
1 box rice krispies
toothpicks

Put caramels, margarine and sweetened condensed milk in a double boiler or microwave safe dish and melt. Put a toothpick in a marshmallow, dip it in the caramel mixture. Scrape any extra caramel back into the pan. Roll in rice krispies. Place on wax paper to cool. When cool, remove toothpick and reshape into a ball.
