1 Medium Pepper
¼ lb Extra Lean Ground Beef
3 tbsp Minute Rice
⅛ tsp Pepper
⅛ tsp Garlic Powder
⅛ tsp Oregano
¼ tsp Minced Dried Onion
¼ tsp Salt
¼ cup Catsup
1 tbsp Water
Cut 1 medium pepper in half remove seeds and core. Put pepper halves in 8x4 bread pan or small casserole.
In mixing bowl combine all the rest of the ingredients. Mix well. Spoon into pepper halves.
Microwave on high 4 ½ to 5 ½ minutes just until slightly pink in center. Let stand 2 minutes.
Garnish with catsup, salsa or cheese.

SUGGESTIONS:
- Add sweet corn to the mix.
- Works great to make extra meat and freeze. Mold the meat in the shape you will stuff it in the pepper.
