Texas Two-Step Chicken

1 ½ to 2 cups picante sauce (chunky is best but any will work)
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard
1 can corn - drain well
1 ½ to 2 pounds chicken breasts, either strips or filets, thawed but not cooked.
4-6 cups rice

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Mix first 4 ingredients in 2 quart casserole. Add chicken.

Bake for 45 minutes to an hour.

Serve with rice.

Enjoy.
